DBT Skills Graduate Group
Biweekly Group Monday evenings 7-8:30 for individuals who have graduated from a Comprehensive DBT Skills group and can demonstrate a working knowledge of DBT skills. Group serves to support members in consulting with each other about use of DBT skills in collaborate and validating environment. Currently via telehealth only to individuals in NY, NJ, or FL.

Multifamily Adolescent DBT Skills Group
I lead a standard, comprehensive DBT Skills Group for teenagers in DBT treatment and their family members to learn and implement DBT Skills! We will cover all skills modules, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and middle path over the course of 5-6 months. Group occurs Mondays 4:30-6:00pm!
