About
My goal is to help any patient that comes in and wants help with stress in their life. I currently work with a psychiatrist in the same practice which enables me to collaborate with medical professionals to provide the highest standard of care with a variety of options. I will work with any person of any age (5-85) and of any background to provide the care they need to get through this difficult time in their life.
I specialize in treating children, adolescents, adults with trauma, children and adolescents with trauma. I have training in Christian counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I also have experience in dealing with severe mental illness.
My goal in doing therapy with patients, is to help them enjoy life more. I help patients with getting better sleep, dealing with lots of stress, and managing their negative habits. I also work with a psychiatrist who can provide medication management services after therapy sessions if requested. I want to help people actually enjoy living their life.
