About
If you’re reading this it’s a fair guess you’re considering therapy and trying to find the right person to work with. Perhaps you’ve been in therapy before, or wanted to but held back, or maybe you've done pretty well on your own until recently. Regardless, I’m glad you’re here. You've already taken the first step to helping yourself, and that is no small thing. The next step is to find the right fit. I'm experienced in working with all manner of issues, but I tend to work best with adults who are insightful and motivated to not just fix specific problems, but to really figure out and pursue the life they've always wanted.
So how does that work? My goal is to build a unique relationship with you - one where you'll never have to "explain yourself” or “fix yourself” - just be yourself. It's harder than you think, but as you learn to do that, you’d be amazed at your ability to then figure out what you really want in life, and more importantly what you can do to make that happen.
If you’re curious, take a closer look at my profile and get to know me. If you think we might be a good fit, give me a call to find out how I can help you. If you do see me, you can start or stop at any time - you’re the boss here. And remember, you already found the courage to take that first step. I would be very pleased to help you take the next one.
