About
My philosophy begins with a deep belief in the potential of every individual. I have a wide array of clinical experiences and have held leadership positions in large and complex healthcare systems. These settings include both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am a clinical supervisor and compassionate, strength-based , and trauma informed therapist. I provide compassionate, inclusive, and quality therapy to a wide range of patients from broad and diverse backgrounds.
I specialize in a wide variety of mental health issues including depressive disorders, anxiety, and trauma. In addition to my education and experience, I have been trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy by the Center for Deployment Psychology. I have also been trained in Structural Family Therapy by the Minuchin Center for the Family.
I affirm a deep belief in the potential of every individual and believe that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative. I will work hard to collaboratively improve the lives of all patients. My office is always a safe space for clients. I have experience with providing treatment to people of diverse backgrounds and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
