As a therapist, I work with adolescents and adults in various stages of their life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, religious trauma, or personal addictions, I will provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space that is inclusive to all walks of life. I personally feel that most changes made, comes through the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. I truly believe that collaboratively, we can help you get to the rich and fulfilling life that you are seeking.
I specialize in trauma and addiction, but understanding that most addictions stem from an underlying issue related to trauma, depression, anxiety or other underlying issues. I am trained both Accelerated Resolution Therapy (similar to EMDR) and Brain Spotting, both trauma therapies to help quickly reduce negative sensations and images.
I may not understand exactly what you are going through, but I have faced many trials and adversity in my life, ranging from small traumas to big traumas. Allow me to share my experience, strength and hope with you as we travel through this journey together.
