If you feel intensely, think constantly, or can’t shut off the part of you that’s always scanning for what’s next, this is the right place for you. People who overanalyze, anticipate, or absorb too much often need a therapeutic approach that’s direct, grounded, and designed for depth. That’s the work we’ll do together. My approach is warm and supportive, but depth-oriented and direct. When conflict, fear, or old patterns surface, we slow down and work through them in session. Together we will look beneath current symptoms, to the early experiences and emotional roots that are still affecting you today.
I support those navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, relational struggles, family of origin issues, and mixed-race identities. Clients who appreciate this process often describe themselves as thoughtful, intuitive, analytical, or highly attuned to their internal world. My goal is to help you access greater ease through your own self trust.
