As we go through life, some things in our lives no longer make sense. Maybe you are experiencing grief over the loss of someone you love or a more ambiguous kind of loss. Maybe you have been confronted with life’s deeper questions: What is my purpose? Who am I? What does it mean for me to live a meaningful life? Maybe anxiety and uncertainty have become unwelcome friends in your life.
You’re not broken. You’re human.
We don’t often have spaces in which we can probe the depths of who we are, who we want to be, and how to get there. I can help you navigate these questions and more.
I approach therapy existentially. Your struggles aren’t necessarily something to be fixed, but meaningful responses to life: loss, isolation, the search for meaning in a world that can feel meaningless. While I’m a generalist, I often work with those experiencing grief and loss, life transitions and identity questions, anxiety, trauma and the loss of safety.
I recognize that coming to therapy can be difficult. The idea of opening up to a stranger can be overwhelming. I invite you to breathe. What I offer is a space for you to process the things that are bothering you so that you can make the changes you want to see in your life. Importantly, we will work at a speed that is comfortable for you.
