I do my best to ensure that you or your teenager don't dread coming to counseling. As a previous "troubled youth" myself, I am well-aware of many of the issues that teens, adolescents, and young adults face. Throughout my experience in working with youth, adults, couples, and families, I have come to fully understand the importance of building healthy, trusting client/counselor relationships, regardless of the issue at hand. I specialize in behavioral and emotional issues commonly faced by youth, teens, and young-adults, including, but not limited to; adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, acting out, sexual issues, spiritual/existential issues, and trauma. I also enjoy assisting adults with these issues, as well!
