Together, we will cultivate practical skills to reduce stress, manage intrusive memories, and strengthen day-to-day coping ability.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety with six years of clinical experience. In sessions, we will create goals, practice skills to soothe intense reactions, and develop realistic plans that fit your life. Our goal is to ease anxiety, process traumatic memories, and restore daily functioning.
