I provide a place to work on strategies to manage and understand your feelings, like anxiety and drepression, by challenging your critical inner monologue with the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I want to help facilitate better understanding of yourself through value exploration using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
