I offer an integrated approach that includes EMDR, person-centered, CBT, DBT skills, and trauma focused treatment; however, our time together is not limited to these theories of practice. I understand that often words cannot describe what a person is feeling internally, and expressive therapies have the power to communicate what words often cannot.
Together, we can explore the barriers that are keeping you from living the life you want. Most importantly, I will support you on your journey toward wellness - whatever that may look like. I am regularly accompanied by Prudence, my certified therapy dog. I offer supervision services for LCSWA's.
