Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and families with a wide range of backgrounds, goals, and concerns. I aim to work with clients who are committed to the process of therapy, those wanting to dedicate the time to address whatever their needs are in that moment, and those willing to be present and open-minded in their progress. Although I have an abundance of experience working with children and adolescents, I have had the pleasure of working with all ages and gender, individuals and families, and am open to accepting clients that may align with my therapeutic practice.
Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, including Trauma Focused CBT, we can address a range of mental health concerns. The Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) and Family Systems approaches are beneficial in addressing difficult issues within the family unit. I also have training in working with transgender and gender non-conforming youth.
