I support clients that are open and willing to dive deep and begin the practice of believing in themselves, remembering that you are amazing and loving your inner-child as well as connect to other inner-parts (IFS) of yourself. Through EMDR, IFS, Attachment Therapy, Somatic Releases, honor the Inner-Child(ren), Yoga and the 8 Foundations of Wellness we will focus on regulating your nervous system so that we can then do the cognitive work together. I find this to be powerful and provide you with opportunity to challenge yourself in the areas that you may be holding yourself back.
Even though I support all beings and couples in therapy, I specialize in women's challenges and traumas; supporting them to overcome and rise from societal expectations and unconscious blocks (shadows). I empower you to practice self-empowerment to step into and honor your own power of joy, love, divine spirit, sexuality, and your highest and truest self.
