I show up authentically, which includes some swearing and lots of compassion. I will not judge you, and with over a decade of experience, there's not much that would surprise me. I will teach you skills to cope with your immediate difficulties and help you find and heal what's under the surface, interfering with the life you want to live. Often times the only way out is through, but you don’t have to make that journey alone.
I combine evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, with my experience, and fine-tune therapy for the unique needs of each person. I can help with a wide variety of issues, including past trauma, dysfunctional families, anxiety, depression, navigating racial identities, ADHD, LD, parenting, step-families, and more.
I have overcome many adversities in my life, which has given me a deeply held belief in the ability of my clients to not only come out the other side, but to grow as a result.
