Psychotherapy is a beneficial tool to individuals experiencing emotional discomfort. My personal style is compassionate and welcoming, while also solution-focused and direct. My primary style is a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), however I integrate strategies from other approaches when necessary, including meditation and holistic approaches. My newest added therapeutic approach is EMDR.

Having prior experience as a clergy person in a very large church and a counselor in a residential setting as well as in private practice, I have encountered many different people with varying degrees of difference. More recently, I have been helping adults work through their historical issues; especially those who have struggled with difficult childhoods. I am pleased to work with both genders.
