While I have experience working in a dual-diagnosis treatment center for those struggling with substance abuse, I also have experience working with clients living with the effects of trauma, mood disorders like anxiety and depression, self-harm and suicide ideation, OCD tendencies and psychosis. In the counseling office I am supportive, non-judgmental and empathetic while maintaining a direct and solution-oriented approach to help you achieve your goals. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all gender identities, sexualities, and presentations into my office.

Landon Shivley, LCSW Landon Shivley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky who has been practicing since 2014. Lucy Bailey provides psychotherapy in the state of Kentucky as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her passion and fascination have always been for people and their story. She received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, in the city of New York. Lucy has also served as an adjunct professor for the school of social work at the University of Kentucky, teaching masters level students social welfare policy and analysis, and the importance of advocacy in various social settings.

R. Tierra Davenport is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky who has been practicing since 2019. Tierra believes in a person-centered approach when working with clients. In sessions she likes to explore client's strengths and weaknesses to facilitate growth in each area. Tierra considers herself to be a very psychoeducational therapist, meaning her clients can expect to learn both inside and outside of sessions with supplemental resources or homework materials. Tierra also believes in meeting clients where they are"?no matter where you are in your journey or stage of change, human growth and development is lifelong.

Galen is a native Kentuckian that has spent the last decade exploring the concepts of meaning; purpose; and the role that our suffering plays in not only constructing our greatest challenges, but also in forming the paths to realizing our greatest selves. Galen has worked with people from all across the Commonwealth within a variety of domains: student, educator, researcher, and therapist have all been caps donned during his work to better the quality of Being with whomever he provides help. He is a writer, philosopher, and a friend of nature who loves meeting new people and broadening his perspectives on life.

Nathan Mayo received his bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Kentucky and his master's degree in counseling and human development at Lindsey Wilson College. He has more than 21 years of mental health care experience through multiple venues such as in-inpatient, outpatient, in-home, residential, and school-based settings. He also served as a Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor (DAPA) and Suicide Prevention Officer through his command in the U. S. Navy Reserves, where he served for eight years.

My focus in counseling is to help people find what barriers they have preventing them from living the life they hope for. Everyone has their own unique situations and concerns they are facing, and once we identify these, we can work together to find better ways for you to cope and move forward from the sources of pain and stress. Madison McKenzie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her master's degree of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville. She has a demonstrated history of working with children, teenagers, and adults with a variety of life challenges, and is accepting clients ages 8+. Her special interests include Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, eating disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety/depression, life transitions, dual diagnosis, and post-partum depression.
