I'm always amazed by the transforming power that a safe relationship can have on a client. Providing a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental atmosphere enables a person to begin processing their story and face the hidden obstacles that keep them stuck in life. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients, offering a new perspective as we explore their strengths, and find hope and new meaning in their story. As a therapist, my mission is to provide the healing space and collaborative relationship that helps a person begin to take the necessary steps to achieve their therapy goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of KY and hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. I am trained and certified in a variety of evidenced-based interventions which allow me to offer an integrated approach to equip and empower clients depending on their individual needs.
It can be difficult taking that first step to reach out for help. If you decide to try counseling, I would be honored to journey with you on your road to healing and improved mental health.
