Currently welcoming new couples and individual clients. I am offering therapy online via televideo as well as in nature-based settings with walk/talks and sitting spaces. If you are struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self esteem, and other mental health challenges I am here to help. Through our work together you will increase your awareness of stuck patterns, learn to make desired changes, and step into living a more full & authentic life. I can help to provide you with the necessary tools, mindfulness skills, and somatic practices for improving your connection to self and others.
I provide my clients with evidence-based approaches to healing trauma, negative self talk, and difficult relationship patterns. Areas I am trained in and utilize include: Mindfulness, Somatic and Embodiment practices, PACT (for couples), EMDR, and IFS. I also incorporate Ecotherapy in my work through nature based walk and talks and outdoor sessions.
I encourage you to reach out if you are interested in working together on areas of your life that are causing stress and ongoing difficulties. I work with clients throughout Oregon online and in person in Eugene. Please feel free to reach out with questions or to inquire more. I can be contacted by phone or email.
