Whether it's relational problems, feeling down and depressed, anxious and worried, or other difficulties, a healing process is needed. My goal is to make that healing as quick and effective for you as possible.
I'm from southern Utah. I received my Masters Degree from USU and my PhD from BYU. I've taught university courses on understanding culturally diverse families and on adolescent development. I've published scientific articles on effective couples therapy and how parents can foster healthy child development. I'm a Gottman Certified couples therapist.
I have experience in working with a variety of mental, emotional, and relational problems. I'm especially good at working with marriages with high conflict, teenagers, depression, and anxiety. I also do some work with trauma, abuse, addiction, and grief.
