I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist and provide Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, as well as Couples Therapy. I am also a certified Life Coach and understand the correlation between providing therapy and coaching clients when making adjustments in life. Some clients that I work with struggle with life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and challenges with self-esteem.
