Are you feeling trapped, hopeless, like things won't get better? Whatever challenge you are facing, you do not have to go through it alone. Too often, people shy away from counseling, but you would be amazed by the positive impact it can have on your life. I am here to support and encourage you, not to tell you what to do. No one is exempt from problems, but how an individual responds to that problem is key to resolving the issue and helps decrease symptoms such as anxiety and depression, which may come with an unwelcome situation. I am licensed to provide services in Alabama, Michigan, Kentucky, and South Carolina.
I see clients virtually which is a great way for us to communicate securely with you being in the comfort of your own home/residence. This is especially convenient for those with physical limitations or transportation issues. My specialties are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, & grief and loss. I see individuals on the weekends and some evenings.
My job is to be a compassionate facilitator who listens without judgment, and will support you throughout the therapeutic process. It will be an empowering experience when you accomplish your goals.
