Welcome the description of my psychology practice. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My strengths are a warm, direct,collaborative,and approachable style. I strive to make clients feel heard, empowered, and nurtured. I draw from a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches and techniques including CBT and DBT to help change your difficulties, and will work closely with you and your family to develop an appropriate treatment plan so that you can get the best care possible.
My child and adolescent training allows me to understand issues throughout the lifespan. I specialize in treating issues common child/adolescent issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, eating disorders, and family issues. My adult practice focuses on depression, anxiety, couples issues, parenting, and life stage transitions.
Successful therapy requires a strong and collaborative relationship between client and therapist. I aim to meet clients where they are at when they enter therapy.
