Being a parent is one of the most beautiful, rewarding, even amazing gifts of this life. Yet, it is also one of the most difficult, exhausting, and worrisome tasks given to us. Though we as parents often sacrifice and work diligently for the good of our children, sometimes our relationships with them can be strained while they struggle with anxiety, sensory concerns, overwhelming stress, or perfectionism. We as parents often feel deeply for them, but don't always know how to help. What's more, sometimes we are suffering from those same things without support of our own.
