Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page. I am an LCSW in FL, PA, and VA, a LICSW in MN, a Board Certified Diplomate, a Registered Play Therapist and a Registered Sand Therapist. With multiple mental health and trauma care credentials, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, foster personal growth, and develop positive goals. As a social worker, life coach, and trauma professional, I provide a supportive and affirming space for healing and self-discovery. I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients on identity development, coming out, and gender identity concerns.
I provide counseling and therapeutic play for individuals struggling with mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Additionally, I offer life coaching for those seeking personal growth, goal-setting, and a sense of purpose. My work extends to children, adolescents, young adults, individuals with disabilities, men, and LGBTQ+.
