I am passionate about meeting people where they are physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe that each and every person already holds the keys to their own healing, and that I am here to help empower others to identify and utilize the assets that already exist within themselves and their lives. I have striven in my own life, both professionally and personally, to understand how trauma impacts one’s mental health and wellbeing, and have worked to identify what tools and resources exist to heal these traumas.
I believe that it is only through healing our mental health and our lives that we can truly begin to heal the core of addictions. Additionally, I am especially passionate about understanding and addressing the intersectionality that exists between oppression, trauma, and the LGBTQ+ community.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) - Level 2, and informed by somatic practices to help clients to go within to help identify and bring healing to parts of themselves.
