I have significant experience working with teenagers, adults, and couples. I work primarily from an emotion focused, relational perspective to help people get "unstuck" from these negative cycles and create more positive ones. I am a trauma informed therapist.
I am a certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and have trained extensively in Emotion Focused Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. From an ACT perspective, I help people identify their core values as part of the work and then help people move towards what is important to them.
I believe deeply that people get better in authentic relationships and I strive to build a kind, empathic, caring relationship with each one of my clients.
