Life comes with its fair share of stress and struggles. If you need support or help sorting through difficult events, my clients report feeling understood and hopeful, while seeing behaviors change and life situations improve. My style is collaborative, interactive, and engaging. I am very comfortable working with a variety of individuals; adults, seniors, teens. We can increase your insight, improve communication, uncover barriers, and problem solve to promote growth and change.
My approach to therapy is client centered: clients are the experts on their lives and determine the direction and depth of therapy. Through a strengths-based and solutions-focused lens, I draw on multiple treatment modalities (CBT, EMDR for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and trained in trauma trauma) to guide clients in accomplishing their goals.
