Hi, I'm a licensed Resident in Counseling who loves working with kids, teens, and young adults (ages 5-21) to help them feel heard, supported, and empowered. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, or just having a tough time, I create a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself. My approach combines creativity, empathy, and evidence-based tools to help each person grow at their own pace. Therapy doesn't have to be scary- we can even laugh along the way!
I like to use different techniques such as play, art, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, to help clients express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.
