I utilize a holistic and body-based approach to healing complex trauma, internal conflict and domestic or religious abuse. My clients often come to me being very insightful on their feelings yet finding themselves stuck in shame or unrelenting self-criticism. Often they feel stuck in conflict in a cycle of wanting to create change while wanting to stay safe in the chaos they know. If this sounds like you, I am here to help you foster curiosity and compassion for inner healing.
I offer an approach to therapy that is grounded in the understanding that the brain and the body are must find balance to address our inner conflict and healing from our past. My training is in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing and some cognitive therapies.
