Life doesn’t follow a script, but often we get stuck on the idea that it does or should. The work I do with clients explores the beliefs we hold about ourselves, our experiences and our relationships and how to move toward healing and wholeness. Focusing on resilience, it is possible to experience a fuller, deeper life as we give meaning and purpose to our life stories. Our wounds can become our strength.

When I imagine my ideal client, I see someone who is thoughtful, perceptive, and often harder on themselves than anyone else ever could be. On the outside, they may appear capable and composed. On the inside, they feel unsettled. They may identify as LGBTQIA+, trans, non-binary, neurodivergent, or part of consensual non-monogamous or kink communities. Many have spent years adapting to environments that required them to soften, hide, or over-function to stay safe. Over time, that constant adaptation has created exhaustion, shame, and a quiet sense of fragmentation.

Our lives can often feel like they are outside of our control; like someone or something is writing our story for us. Whether it may be depression, anxiety, trauma, work, or a toxic relationship among many other factors, it is important to recognize that you are capable of regaining control over your life.

I want to commend you on taking the first step in this journey and I am honored to walk this path with you. It takes courage to look at yourself and explore patterns that have not been working for you and challenging yourself to create new patterns for your future. My practice is in helping people change ineffective relationship patterns, old beliefs, and unhealthy behaviors. I encourage all clients to get to the core of the underlying issues, while focusing on new ways of living. I believe in helping you get in touch with emotions and your body, so you can manage symptoms and enjoy a more peaceful, joyful, and productive life.
