We all go through difficult times in our lives, and sometimes we need to reach out to others during these times. I am here to help you navigate any struggles that you may be experiencing. My goal is to provide a warm, safe environment for you to process your emotions, grieve, cope, and heal. I believe that everyone has strengths that we can build on in therapy, and my goal is to work with you to use these strengths to reach your goals.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relational distress, stressful life events, and self-esteem issues. I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and have been using EMDR in my work for over four years.
