Are you an adult looking for help with Affair or Divorce Recovery, anxiety, career questions, or depression? Does your marriage need help recovering from infidelity? I offer daytime and evening hours. Do you have parenting issues that are frustrating you and just need some direction? Are you looking for pre-marital preparation or inner healing of past trauma? I also provide equine-assisted psychotherapy (therapy done by interacting with horses). Equine therapy is done offsite at a nearby location.
Practicing for over 30 years, I'm trained in Emotion Focused Therapy, The Gottman Institute (providing high levels of success in couple's therapy), Certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, EAGALA (equine assisted growth & learning) facilitator and EMDR. I include treatment for the whole person, relational, emotional, and spiritual.
I work with clients from a family systems perspective while utilizing many forms of therapy from my broad range of experience and training. I will tailor your treatment according to your individual needs. I recognize the power of healing that occurs within an emotionally safe therapeutic relationship and pursue healing through a holistic approach.
