We believe, by establishing firmly planted roots within the Kansas, partnering with families and local communities and organizations, providing mental health services, and connecting families with educational resources, that the path to hope can be discovered in the midst of a seemingly hopeless circumstance.

At Social Perspective, we are dedicated to helping you create positive change. We work with adults who are managing their own or a loved one's depression, anxiety, or increased stress. Our supportive team also works with children including those who have experienced trauma, bullying, have anger and behavior issues, are feeling depressed or having suicidal thoughts. We believe that every individual can build on hope, strengthen their coping skills, accomplish goals, and overcome challenges.

Emotional and psychological health is crucial to achieve the quality of life you deserve. My clinical expertise comes from 5+ years of applied practice across school and clinical settings. I thrive working with students of all ages from diverse backgrounds and with different intensities of symptoms. - I have worked with students aged 04 - 44, mainly seeing students with presenting issues such as: ​Anxiety, Depression, and other mood-related issues; Gender and Sexual Identity; post-secondary adjustment; Emotional Regulation; Traumatic stress, processing, and trauma-informed care; Grief; behavioral management; and values exploration.

I am a co-owner and co-founder of an integrated mental health agency in Lawrence, KS. I got into the field of mental health to tackle the tough cases, to facilitate healing and growth for people at all stages of life, to have fun and do meaningful, transformative work in the process. I have a comprehensive academic background in therapy, theories of change, psychology, neuroscience, and related areas. My main goal is taking this knowledge and creatively adapting it to modern, dynamic, and ever-changing problems and needs. I would love the opportunity to work with you.

At Integrated Clinical Services (ICS), my passion is treating individuals with co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma and/or substance use. With a background in clinical social work, I value taking a strengths-based, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, humanistic approach to therapy. I collaborate with clients to create treatment plans with goals and objectives to meet each person’s unique & individualized needs. Welcome to my profile, I’m glad you are here. For 30 years, I have worked in non-profit sector of mental health. My focus has been working with individuals and families who have experienced substance use disorder (abuse or addiction). In the past 12 years, I have provided services to children, adults and families who have experienced abuse, neglect, abandonment, and mental illness. Given my background, training and your courage, I think we can work together to achieve your goals. I will partner with you as you strive to create positive change in your life. I have many years of experience in addictions, couple's issues, and general mental health problems. I enjoy working with clients who are looking for a safe place to process their thoughts and feelings. I'm open to working with adults and older teens. Accepting New Clients: I believe one of the most courageous things you can do is to reflect on your life story and acknowledge your barriers to living a life that aligns with your core values. As a clinician, I work with clients to create a blueprint on how to live a life that is filled with vitality and purpose. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who primarily works with married couples, young adults, and adolescents. Additionally, I teach an Intensive Outpatient Program for adolescents that struggle with anxiety and depression.

I emphasize collaboration, choice, and readiness to change in my practice at Integrated Clinical Services (ICS). In my experience, parents often come to that first intake session feeling at a loss on how to make positive change in their child’s behavior. I will listen to you carefully and compassionately as we all come up with a plan that works for your family. Helping children build confidence in themselves, reach goals and reclaim their joy of just being a kid is what drives me every day.
