I love creating a safe, welcoming space where children, teens, and young adults feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I support clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, ASD, depression, anger, and behavioral challenges. My approach is warm and person centered, using CBT, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to meet each client where they are. My passion for working with children grew through four years as a Registered Behavior Therapist, supporting young children with autism and related disorders.

I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in New Orleans and Chalmette. I'm originally from Gretna, Louisiana, and graduated from the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans with a Master of Arts in School Counseling.
