About
I am an LGBTQIA+ Affirming, Certified Trauma Professional, with an emphasis on gender identity, inclusion and equity. I graduated from the University of Southern California School of Social Work with an emphasis in Children, Youth & Families. In addition, I have a 20 year background as a nurse and sub-specialize in chronic illness and chronic pain. I am looking forward to supporting and guiding you on your journey to meeting your goals. Let us work together to build you up and take back the power you desire to start loving yourself. When you love yourself, you can teach others how to love you!
My approach is straightforward, empowering, informative and supportive. My practice draws upon interventions that are assessed to be the best fit for your needs. My goal is to help you learn to love yourself and live your most empowered "best life".
If you can appreciate a straight forward, thought provoking and motivating experience, please schedule your FREE 15 -minute phone or video consultation today. If we decide that we are not a good fit, I am willing to work towards finding you someone who is.
