Krystle Stricklin, LCSW, MSW, CGP believes that the counseling process is a collaborative journey and she aims to create a comfortable and supportive environment of trust where she and her clients can explore emotional needs and overcome barriers that limit full potential. She works together with her clients to discover their hidden resources and strengths, to bring new insights, and improved quality of life. She combines several therapeutic orientations to meet the needs of her clients including Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Grief Counseling, and Mindfulness Therapies.
I deeply understand the complexities of human emotions and the challenges that come with navigating life's ups and downs. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that life is not black and white, nor is it an all-or-nothing journey. Instead, it is in the shades of grey where we find growth, healing, and the ability to thrive.
Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to find peace and empowerment in the grey areas of life. By doing so, they can move away from the rigidity of black-and-white thinking and embrace a more authentic, fulfilling existence. Let's start today!
