So nice to meet you! I'm Krystle Landes, a Licensed Professional Counselor supporting clients in the state of Texas and Virginia. I strive to provide a safe and secure space to allow you to process through growth, ruptures and work towards your identified transformation. The therapy journey is unique to you and even though I ground my work in theory, I recognize that there is no cookie cutter approach to facilitating change and understanding. I tailor my approach to your strengths and areas of growth in the context of your unique circumstances and goals. We are in this together and I am so honored to walk alongside your journey.
We will walk through learning to understand your world, self and others during all times of your life. Initially we will discuss what brought you to me and many areas of your life to help me understand you as a whole being. Progress looks different and our goal will be to find what fits your lifestyle in the most meaningful way.
