I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and couples overcome challenges and live more fulfilling lives. With over 2 years of experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I have helped dozens of clients identify and challenge recurring thoughts, manage anxiety, and develop healthier thinking patterns. CBT emphasizes understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enabling lasting change and leading to a less anxious, more balanced life.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois Chicago and employ a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT/RO-DBT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT).
