I help kids and teens process life changes, big emotions, and sometimes what happens in the world. I do this through play therapy because children (and teens!) often do not have the words to express what is going on with them inside.
I have been working with children and teens in the San Diego area as a therapist since 2011. I became a therapist after being an elementary school teacher, changing careers as I believed I could serve children and their parents much better as a therapist.
