About
I believe that early intervention can prevent serious mental health issues later in life and creates a healthy foundation for children and their families. I also believe anyone can benefit from therapy, so I appreciate and respect working collaboratively, alongside people who are experiencing stress including trauma, life changes, anxiety, depression, and relational problems. I enjoy working with people of all ages, helping people to find their inner strengths from an attachment, developmental, and systemic perspective.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been working in the mental health field since 2001. Over the years I have received training in many evidence-based practices and have specialized in infant and early childhood mental health.
