Control and power are important. Mental illness, life stressors, change, relationship problems, are all things that make us feel like we are spiraling out of control. My clients are individuals that understand that regaining control and power in their own lives is the first essential step to achieving wellness. While my main focus is neurodivergency, I work with a wide variety of people who are ready to make the essential changes in their lives to be the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.
I specialize in a down to earth, direct approach to treatment. My ultimate goal is to help my clients reach their own conclusions and connections in their lives to improve their emotional and psychological well-being, as well as modifying unhealthy behaviors. I am offering evening and Saturday hours currently to broaden treatment options.
I understand what it's like to feel like a victim of circumstance. The world is not always a kind place, but you don't have to weather this storm alone.
