My sessions are a space for clients to safely explore their feelings, learn new ways to cope with stress, feel validated and supported, and improve their relationships with themselves and others. I specialize in anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction, and life transitions. I help people who have difficulties in their relationships and those needing support coping with life stress. I also work with those in recovery or questioning their relationship with alcohol, drugs, or other self-sabotaging behaviors.
I am licensed in NJ, KY, & MA and have been working in the mental health and addiction fields since 2010. I integrate different approaches tailored to individual needs including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy. I am a certified DBT therapist.
I view therapy as a collaborative process, and together we will identify your goals and work to overcome any obstacles standing in your way of achieving them.
