If the answer is yes, I can help. As a licensed professional counselor, I am someone who strives to create healthy changes in the lives of my clients. I find that we spend a lot of our lives in our heads, focused on what has happened or what isn't happening.
As a PreMed student in undergrad and through personal experience, I realized that treating someone's mind/thoughts is more important than simply treating the body. I have committed myself to empowering people to become the best version of themselves.
