I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating the challenges of betrayal, addiction, and trauma within the family system. With a strong background working with adolescents in residential treatment, addressing life-threatening behaviors such as suicidal ideation, self-injury, and substance use. In addition, I work with teens and families grappling with the complexities of today’s digital world, including problematic technology use, cyberbullying, and the social pressures of online environments.I focus on helping teens process underlying trauma, rebuild a sense of safety, and develop healthy coping skills.
I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and a trained TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) therapist. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into therapy, helping clients strengthen self-awareness, clarify personal values, and take meaningful steps toward recovery.
