I primarily work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, stress, communication challenges, boundary setting, self-worth concerns, and relationship or family conflict. I also work with adolescents (14+) experiencing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, bullying, or family stress, and support families in improving connection and communication.
Many clients come to me wanting to improve communication, rebuild trust, break generational cycles, or feel more secure within themselves and their relationships. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional regulation, deepening self-awareness, and creating healthier, more connected partnerships.
