I come from a humanistic, client centered, and holistic approach to meet the specific needs of each person. I typically use cognitive behavioral, structural family therapy, and solution focused modalities. My primary specialty is in the area of adolescence, adult, and older adults who can be confronted with relational and/or family concerns.
