I am Latina therapist passionate about providing mental health support to underprivileged communities and eliminating the negative stigma of mental health. I have been working in the field for 10 years and I enjoy working with teens and young adults who are looking for self growth, as well as athletes who are looking for additional support to enhance their performance. I offer Spanish speaking services and virtual sessions.

My goal is to provide clients with a safe space to express their thoughts and emotions. With perspective, empathy, and validation, I help my clients navigate their way through life’s difficult times and be the best version of themselves.
