Often, these patterns are rooted in early relational experiences that shaped how safety, closeness, and protection are held in the body. My work supports individuals and couples in gently understanding these patterns and creating meaningful, lasting change.
My work is grounded in attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy, integrating EMDR, somatic approaches, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to support nervous system regulation and emotional awareness. With couples, I use Gottman-informed and attachment-focused methods to reduce reactivity, strengthen communication, and rebuild emotional and physical connection.
