Welcome to Krystal Clear Therapy, a growing group practice dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized mental health care. We offer a variety of counselors with different specialties and approaches to ensure each client is matched with the therapist best suited to their needs. Clients can begin through secure telehealth sessions with the option to transition to in-office appointments if needed. My approach is client-centered, empathic, and goal-directed. I can help you create a path to wellness, and to address the underlying reasons behind self-defeating behaviors or troubling emotions in the here and now. I also offer telehealth appointments as well as in-person appointments.
Krystal Clear Therapy is happy to offer specialized therapy groups for teens and adults seeking a supportive, welcoming space to connect, process, and grow.
Our groups will focus on grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and living with bipolar disorder.
Each group provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where participants can feel understood.
