Hello! My name is Krystal! I am a LCSW who graduated from OLLU in 2022. I have a passion for meeting you, the client, where you are and working within your value system. I believe in validating you and giving you a safe place to unwind. I work from a strengths-based perspective because I truly believe that everyone has the strengths to succeed in whatever their goals are. I understand that people will walk into therapy at different times of their lives and for different reason and I work hard to build rapport and to understand what your goals are and do what I can to help you reach those goals.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also have experience supporting clients who are participating in court-ordered therapy. Together, we’ll work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
